Testimonials from our brothers
“I came to S&T knowing I had no one from my high school coming to this school. I knew that making friends was going to be a challenge in the dorms, and I was worried about my roommates that I would get assigned. I had no interest in Greek life as I have seen several movies where there were parties every day and night and that turned me away. However, I met the guys at the booth on my registration day and they happened to be from a city 5 minutes away from my hometown. I went and visited Sigma Pi’s house as it was still under construction. I saw the renderings and what the house was going to look like and could become. Along with the 2 brothers I met at the booth, I met some more who were hanging out at the house and instantly thought I could see myself being fraternity brothers with these men and also knew I would have 40-50 guys with different majors and backgrounds as friends who will not only help me with school, but also give me the college experience that I have heard about and wanted. I came to school that next semester after signing and met the guys who would be my friends and brothers for the rest of my life and could not have made a better decision. I hope that this story persuades anyone to look into Greek life and find those whom you see as brothers for the rest of your life. It’s not only the house that got me to join – it’s the friends and the memories that came with it that I will remember.”

“When I arrived at Missouri S&T, I was unsure of my future. I knew I wanted to join Greek life; however, I didn’t know which house would fit my personality and aspirations. I toured multiple houses but didn’t find the spark I was looking for. My friends from back home mentioned they had toured Sigma Pi and loved the atmosphere. On my tour of the house, I met two brothers who told me what it meant to be in Greek life and the responsibilities that come with being a Sigma Pi brother. I was sold immediately and haven’t looked back since.”

“I joined Sigma Pi because it felt like a home away from home. Every brother from the time they met me treated me like family and challenged me to be the best person that I could be.”
